A resident of Rogers, Arkansas for over 30 years, Bill Schwyhart has operated a number of car dealerships in addition to founding and leading Pinnacle Hills, a real estate development . As Managing Partner , Bill Schwyhart oversaw the development of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, one of Arkansas’ largest shopping centers.
Opened in 2006, in partnership with Chicago-based General Growth, high expectations surrounded the promenade from its inception. In addition to featuring a range of retail chains, many of which are not available anywhere else in Arkansas, the development also placed a focus on fine dining. Designed as an open-air mall, the promenade quickly attracted the attention of big-box retailers and has maintained its status as a leading shopping mall for over a decade.
The Pinnacle Hills Promenade has adapted with the times since its opening, with customers now able to access a mobile app that offers advice on parking, navigational facilities, and notifications of the latest offers at the mall. Available on Google Play and the App Store, the Pinnacle Hills Promenade mobile app serves as a shopping assistant for visitors.
